Where is the Hotel Sous les Figuiers located?

The Hotel Sous les Figuiers is located at 3 Avenue Gabriel Saint René Taillandier, 13210 Saint Rémy de Provence (see Contact page for map)

The historic village centre is just 200m walk from the hotel. We are at the same time close to the village life and far enough away not to suffer from the nuisances.

How do I get to Avignon TGV station?

Saint Rémy de Provence is about 25 minutes by car from the TGV station.

You can easily rent a car on the spot, many agencies are present.

You can also use public transport: once you arrive at the TGV station, take a shuttle to the Avignon centre station (bus station) and then take bus 57 (nearest stops to the hotel: Le Stade or République, timetable here). On site we can offer you a bike rental for your trips or organize your visits with one of our VTC or Taxi partners, do not hesitate to contact us!

I need to cancel, what do I do?

For standard rates you have up to 7 days before arrival to cancel without charge (please check your booking confirmation for details).

Cancellation must be made by email, stating your name and dates of stay

If you are within the deadlines indicated in your confirmation, you will not be charged (except in the case of deposits for high season periods, please check your booking confirmation) and/or your prepayment will be refunded (except in the case of deposits or non-cancellable rates).

In case of late cancellation, the total amount of the stay will be deducted from the credit card used as a guarantee. An invoice will be sent to you on request in order to contact your insurance company for possible coverage.

In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged and the reservation will be cancelled at midnight of the scheduled arrival date.

Please note that fares marked non-cancellable and non-refundable are by definition non-cancellable and non-refundable, and cannot be modified or passed on to a third party. They should therefore only be booked if you are sure you will be able to travel.

BREAKFASTS

Buffet Breakfast

Our buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the breakfast room, and can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the dining room.

The buffet breakfast is €15 per person.

It features carefully selected local products (Saint Rémy goat's cheese, bull sausage, Avignon ham on the bone, jams from a local producer, Saint Rémy honey, etc.) and unlimited drinks.

Our bar is open daily from 11am to 8pm for hotel guests.

We serve a small selection of drinks, some of which are local (local craft beer, organic wine from Saint Rémy de Provence, fruit juice from a local company, etc.) as well as classics such as sodas and Spritz

We also have a few snacks for the hungry.

SWIMMING POOL

What are the opening dates and times of the pool?

The pool is open for the season depending on weather conditions (it may be closed in the event of thunderstorms, strong mistral winds or excessive heat affecting water quality).

It is accessible from 11am until 8pm

Towels are available on site

The swimming pool is only accessible to guests with a room, unfortunately it is not accessible until you have collected your room key, nor after you have returned it

Is it heated?

The pool is heated to 27-28° throughout the opening period.

PARKING

Can I park my car on site during my stay?

We offer 12 free parking spaces (for direct bookings only).

The parking lot is closed in the evening for greater security, and access is by code given to you on arrival.

Please note that not all of our parking spaces are accessible to large vehicles, so parking is never included by default in your reservation and is by no means guaranteed.

We would be grateful if you would respect the space restrictions to ensure maximum space for everyone.

We'll be happy to help you if you need it.

What about bicycles?

We have a special area where you can secure your bike inside our closed parking lot at night, so that they can spend the night in complete safety.

ANIMALS

Are animals allowed?

Well-behaved dogs (up to 15 kg) and cats are welcome under the fig trees!

However, they must be kept on a leash as soon as they leave the room and are not allowed at breakfast or at the swimming pool for the comfort of the other guests

The pet supplement is €20 per night

This supplement does not cover any damage caused by the animal in the room. If there is any damage, it will be charged to you according to the estimate for repair or replacement.

TABAC

Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?

We are sorry, but for the well-being of all, the Hotel Sous les Figuiers is entirely non-smoking, including the rooms, exteriors and private terraces.

We have set up a smoking area on the car park side, please ask us

If you smoke in the room or on the terrace, penalties equivalent to one night will be applied

What sanitary measures are in place at the Hôtel Sous les Figuiers?

In addition to rigorous cleaning procedures using appropriate products, we make sure that rooms are disinfected and aired between stays.

Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are available at the hotel and garden entrances.

Prepayment facilitates arrival and departure.
