General conditions of sales and internal rules
The general terms of sale and the special conditions constitute a whole which is an integral part of the sale contract, and which must be accepted as a whole before conclusion of any sale.
You acknowledge that you have read the present by making your reservation. Therefore, your reservation entails your full adherence to the general conditions of sale and the rules of the Hotel Sous les Figuiers and their acceptance without limitation.
These general conditions of sale and the internal rules apply to all bookings made to the Hotel Sous Les Figuiers regardless of the medium used (hotel website, by phone or via the booking sites in France. line type Booking, Expedia …)
In case of non-compliance with the conditions and rules the guest may be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any compensation.
All prices are displayed in Euro (€), VAT is always included. Some benefits may be subject to a surcharge. The price of the rooms displayed do not include the city tourist tax payable on site. The city tax is set for the year 2019 at € 2.53 per adult per night.
Prices applied are those applicable on the date of booking. All hoteliers are independent professionals and are entitled to adjust and amend prices at any time. Consequently, only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is legally binding.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
Accepted methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a full credit card number (number, expiry date and CCV code on the back). In the absence of guarantee the reservation will be automatically canceled unless an option date has been agreed, in this case the reservation will be canceled in the absence of guarantee upon the option date.
For any reservation made on our website or by phone, you will receive a confirmation email mentioning the details of your reservation. It will be sent to the email address that you have communicated during the process of making your reservation. It is your responsibility to check the reception of this email and if necessary, to contact us if you have not received it. You are also responsible for checking the details of the reservation and for informing us of any errors or omissions.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
Booking changes (change of dates of stay, names, number of persons, type or number of rooms, etc.) are allowed, subject to availability, except on rates marked “non modifiable”. They are subject to the same deadlines as cancellations.
For any modification, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation, cancellations for individual direct bookings are free of charge if made up to 4 days prior to scheduled arrival (eg for scheduled arrival on Sunday, free cancellation until wednesday included).
All cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com.
For bookings made via Booking.com, any other third party, for groups (more than 3 rooms) or travel agent reservations, please refer to your booking confirmation which includes the cancellation conditions specific to your booking and rate.
For any direct individual reservation, cancellation occurring between 3 days and the day of arrival or in case of no show, a fee equivalent to the entire stay will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee and this, whatever the reason of cancellation. An invoice can be issued upon request. If the Hotel is not able to debit this credit card, we will contact you so that you can deliver us the details of another credit card or send us a payment by check.
Bookings made at a specified “non-cancelable” rate are by definition non-cancellable and non-refundable regardless of the reason. Prepayment of these bookings can be made at any time after booking on the credit card given as a guarantee.
Once the stay started it is entirely due even in case of interruption during the stay regardless of the reason.
For group reservation (3 rooms and above) please contact the hotel for the specific confirmation and cancellations terms.
Check ins are between 3pm and 8pm.
In case of arrival after 8pm, please contact us by phone or email so that we take, if possible, the necessary arrangements. Late arrivals are not guaranteed and must be agreed in advance.
If you do not contact us beforehand and the hotel is closed on your arrival, Hotel Sous les Figuiers can not be held responsible. In this case the reservation will be considered as a no-show and the amount of the stay charged.
The hotel is entirely non-smoking. If you come to smoke in your room we will charge a penalty of an additional night on your credit card.
The Hotel Sous les Figuiers is known for its calm, yet very close to the city center, we thank you, given the particular setup of the place to kindly respect the peace and quiet of your room or terraces neighbors at all time.
For hygienic reasons, it is forbidden to bring and consume food in the room. You can eat on your terrace however we thank you for not leaving leftovers and rubbish on your terrace. Containers are available at the entrance of the hotel next to the main gate.
All rooms must be daily cleaned by our staff. Also, we thank you for facilitating access to your room before 2pm. Beyond that, we will no longer be able to clean your room without compensation.
In the event of deterioration of the interior and exterior furniture, deterioration or theft of linen, the hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the repair or replacement for an amount equal to the amounts incurred.
The same applies to any infringement found after the client’s departure, the amount of the compensation will be debited on the client’s card.
Pets are allowed if they were mentioned upon reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking of guests arriving with their pet without advance notice. A supplement mentioned upon booking will be applied for any animal present.
We thank you for keeping your pet on a leash throughout the hotel and not letting it do its business or walk freely in the hotel, garden and outside, parking included, for the comfort of others customers.
We are sorry but for the convenience of all, pets are not allowed in the pool area or in the breakfast room.
The pool is a place of rest, reserved for hotel guests, we ask you to respect the calm of the place and not to scream, eat, drink or put music.
You can order drinks at the bar which will be served in unbreakable recipients.
The pool is not supervised and children must be accompanied by an adult.
For the safety of all, we thank you for keeping the access gate to the swimming pool closed at all times.
We have 12 parking spaces for a total of 14 rooms. We ask you to respect the spots and ask us if there is any doubt.
Parking spaces are neither guaranteed nor bookable and subject to availability. Exceptions are however possible for people with difficulties to walk, in this case thank you to notify us at the time of your reservation.
If there are no places available in our parking, Avenue Gabriel Taillandier is free parking all day and the other streets of Saint Remy de Provence are free parking from 7pm to 9am the next day.
Check out time is between 8:30am and 11:30am. It is possible to request a later departure subject to availability. Please contact reception.
