The reception is open from 8.30 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. every day.
Between mid-October and mid-April it closes between 12.30 and 2.30 p.m.
You can reach reception during opening hours by dialing 9 on your room telephone.
In case ofemergencies, a specific number is displayed on the reception door and also sent by e-mail just after your arrival.
The pool is open from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, weather permitting, between mid-April and mid-October (closed in case of mistral or thunderstorms).
It is not accessible before arrival or after departure, and is strictly reserved for hotel guests.
There are no showers or toilets on site, so please use the ones in your room before going there.
Please do not go barefoot from your room to the pool. Flip-flops are available on request.
The pool is not supervised, and minors must be accompanied.
Like the rest of the establishment, the swimming pool is a place where peace and quiet prevail.
Your room is cleaned every day (unless otherwise indicated by a "Do not disturb" sign).
For ecological reasons, sheets and towels are changed every 3 nights. If you would like them changed more often, please leave the towels on the floor or ask at reception.
If you would like to use the bed-recess service, please allow access to your room before 12:00 p.m.
Bed rest service no longer available after 1:00 p.m.
Please vacate your room before 11:30 a.m.
After this time, you will be billed for the following night.
The parking lot must be vacated at the same time
It is not possible to use the pool after departure.

As in all public places, we recommend using a VPN if you need to communicate sensitive data.
To respect the environment, please turn off the air conditioning when you open the window or leave the room.
The air conditioning is reversible please select :
- Sun for heating
- Flake for cold air
Television sound is deliberately muted to preserve everyone's peace of mind
Most TV sets are connected, so if you use your account on one of the applications, don't forget to log out before you leave!
Use your room telephone to call reception or emergency services only.
To facilitate sorting and recycling, please leave out all recyclable items (plastic bottles, cans, magazines, newspapers, etc.) and we will dispose of them in the appropriate garbage can.
If necessary, the garbage cans are on the left just before leaving the hotel through the large gate.
Please leave all glass items behind: our water bottles are returnable and wine bottles are recycled in the appropriate garbage cans.
The bar is open from 11:00 to 20:00

Don't hesitate to call us from your room to place your order, or come and see us at reception.
Places cannot be reserved in advance and are not guaranteed.
The gate is closed between 8.30pm and 8.30am for everyone's convenience. If you need to get your car in or out during these hours, please use the code we gave you on arrival in hard copy and by email.
The gate closes automatically behind you (be careful not to stand in front of the detection cells).
If you're on foot, your room key opens the gate next to the entrance.
